We offer a variety of veterinarian services for your pets. We treat all kinds of pets and offer consultations upon request. We treat every pet as if it were our own. No pet is too small nor too big for us to treat. If for any reason you do not see your required service, please feel free to contact us.
Illness doesn’t always have a physical cause. Our veterinarians and staff will help determine the cause of such disorders as separation anxiety and obsessive behavior, and then develop a treatment regimen for the client. We work with and recommend animal trainers and behavior specialists and refer as needed to provide the latest and most effective treatment options for your pet.
Pets are like our children – we feed, nurture and lavish attention on them. Our highly qualified animal care technicians do the same when you can’t be there. We provide tender loving care (such as brushing and cuddling), and supervised outdoor playtime to keep them happy and active. Pets boarding at our facility are required to meet certain requirements.
Regular professional cleaning is important to maintaining your pet’s teeth. We use modern and safe ultrasound to clean each tooth thoroughly – above and below the gum line, extract teeth as needed, and repair some gingival problems. Laser therapy is also available to expedite wound healing and reduce discomfort after extractions. Dental technicians polish teeth to create a smooth, lustrous tooth surface more resistant to plaque buildup. Fluoride treatments help strengthen enamel and reduce tooth sensitivity. Advanced dental care is available on a referral basis, including root canals, caps and braces.
On an outpatient basis, we also offer tooth brushing (dental prophylaxis) in addition to the grooming services, office exam, or as a technician appointment. We also provide dental products for regular home care.
Emergency and Critical Care
Emergencies, accidents, and illnesses are unfortunate facts of life, but how many of us plan for the unthinkable before it happens? What would you do if your pet were suddenly sick or injured? Do you have a plan? Do you know where to go for help if your pet needed critical care or had to be hospitalized?
Hospice and Euthanasia
We offer home based service to pick up deceased patients and at the owner’s request will return remains to the home. We also offer a selection of cremation and burial services off site and through our hospital.
Saying goodbye to a long-time friend is painful. We work with clients to ensure their pet’s comfort and dignity and to make the transition for our clients as easy as possible.
Microchips have helped reunite thousands of pets with their families. We offer the most widely used microchip products to increase the chances of a safe recovery. We also encourage you to submit all necessary documents to the microchip company and update your information with the company (as your information changes) to aid in the quick return of your pet.
Microchip your pet at the time of their spay or neuter and receive significant savings.
Some pets require special food, and all pets benefit from a balanced diet. Our trained and certified staff is available to help you choose the right diet for your pet to keep him or her happy, healthy and active.
Veterinary patients feel pain and discomfort under the same circumstances as people do. We know that recognizing and alleviating pain in animals is the essence of good patient care. We offer an array of pain management alternatives(natural and pharmaceutical) and tailor our recommendations based on each pet and their circumstance.

Puppy and Kitten Care
Did you know that pets age faster than people and can be considered “seniors” at around 7 years of age? Just as our health care needs change as we age, your pet’s health care needs also change. Nutritional needs, exercise habits, and many aspects of your pet’s daily routine can change as your pet ages.
Our veterinarians are trained and experienced to perform many surgical procedures. To provide the best long term surgical outcome we refer to specialists for eye surgeries involving the internal eye, neurosurgery, and orthopedic surgical procedures. We continue post-operative care at our hospital while maintaining an open line of communication (for updates and changes in treatment) with the referral doctor until the problem is resolved.
Upon request, we also utilize the surgical services of qualified orthopedic surgeons who travel the Chicagoland area and provide their services at area hospitals.
